The economical way to filter your honey while minimizing potential damage by heat. Ideal for "raw" honey producers. This conic, thermostatically-controlled heater is placed in a stainless steel cone in the nylon strainer. When the honey is full of crystals, the strainer clogs immediately. The heater will, however, melt the crystals and the honey will pass through the strainer. The honey will not be overheated as liquefaction takes place within a very short time.
